BIOGRAPHY

Lab! Ceramics are Inga Freitas and Júlia Sangés, two potters who put their soul into everything we do.

Our ceramics are for making, for living and for feeling. They are objects for everyday life, to fully enjoy every moment. Because with Lab! Ceramics every day is special.

They are unique handmade pieces. We have different lines: Lab! Vermouth, Sacs, Oriental • Lab !, etc. Ceramics in stoneware and porcelain to do what we all like, enjoy a good meal in good company…

WORK

For our pieces we use stoneware (high temperature) and enamels suitable for domestic use.
We use different techniques to carry out our collections, depending on the finish we want to give. Clay plates, press and casting molds, and for some specific pieces we also use the potter’s wheel.
In terms of decorative techniques, we rely on the combination and superposition of enamels, the transfer of raw image and ceramic layers (third fire).
We cook our parts at 1260º in gas and electric ovens.
