Estudio Cerâmico [ba_Ro] is the firm created by David Rosell and Anna Ballesté, two ceramists seduced by earth and fire. It is knowledge of the trade and experimentation that leads us to evolve into new ways of working with clay.
We understand artisanal activity as one that uses the resources available in the territory, and that in the elaboration of our km 0 crockery we use the ferruginous clays of La Bisbal, the territory where we work and live.
In our studio you can find collections of exclusive tableware, decorative objects and designer pieces.

The ductile clays of the territory become Gresified Pottery, local ceramic dishes of the highest quality, vitrified, hard, resistant and practically without porosity thanks to our exclusive cooking technique in the absence of oxygen and limit temperature. This cooking technique also affects color giving each piece a unique and unrepeatable beauty.
Our artisan tableware is handmade with local clays and completely lead-free enamels. The pieces are worked one by one with the highest demand, as unique works. The evolution of techniques, shapes, finishes and colors arise from creativity and experience in years of work to become unique and singular.
Ceramic is nowadays an artistic movement with a great variety of manifestations, the bowl, the plate, the container were already used by our ancestors to contain food in transcendent ceremonies. Currently we make supports to make the gastronomic experience unique.
We try to always have stock of our items, but sometimes it is possible that some part is not in stock.
If this is the case, we will make the pieces for you and we can serve them within 4-5 weeks. 100% handmade production is not fast but the pieces will be made exclusively for you.
